DIY Gundam Stack Carving800mm-1500mm

1. Project Background:

Many people love Gundam, and there are many factors that contribute to its popularity, such as a vast background system, ubiquitous storylines, heart-touching plots, and magnificent and aesthetically pleasing robots that resonate with Eastern aesthetics. Today, we will use the Spider X1 to create our own Gundam artwork.

2. Project Analysis:

The overall framework of the Gundam is cut from paulownia boards, and the cut-out parts can be stacked on top of each other and glued together.

3. Materials Preparation:

Several 3mm paulownia boards,

several sandpapers (for sanding),

and the following blueprint.

Note: The red layer represents fill, and the blue layer represents outlines.

4. 04. Manufacturing Process

Process Step 1:

Place the blueprint into the device and carefully extract each part, making sure to match them accordingly.

Step 2:

After taking out each part, paste them sequentially from the bottom up.

1. Layer the first and second parts

2. Layer the third part.

3. Layer the fourth part.

4. Layer the fifth part.

Step 3:

Take out the processed parts of the frame and paste them in order.

1. Paste the first and second parts.

2. Paste the various parts of the frame outer frame in order.

3. Paste the frame border.

4.Paste the outermost frame of the frame.

Step 4:

Place the main body into the frame.
